BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition of a drainage easement and a temporary workspace easement from Wycliff Investments, LLC, for a total of approximately 1,875 square feet of land located on Knight Street near its intersection with Sylvester Avenue for the Throckmorton-Reagan Drainage Improvements Project. This property will be used for the purpose of improving the storm drainage system. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation benefits associated with this acquisition.
