BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of Dallas Water Utilities Department, authorizes the conveyance of a drainage easement containing approximately 1,080 square feet of land to the City of Garland for the construction, maintenance, and use of drainage facilities across City-owned land located at Lake Ray Hubbard. This easement is needed for the Zion Road Boutique Hotel development project.
