BACKGROUND
On April 16, 2025, City Council evaluated the performance of City Attorney Tammy L. Palomino with the assistance of a consultant who facilitated the executive review process.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On October 11, 2023, Tammy L. Palomino was appointed City Attorney by Resolution No. 23-1419.
On April 16, 2025, the City Council deliberated in closed session regarding this item.
On April 23, 2025, the City Council voted to hold this item under advisement until May 14, 2025, with the instruction that the item be re-posted to include consideration of a retention incentive.
