BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of Dallas Water Utilities Department, authorizes the conveyance of an access easement containing approximately 4,154 square feet of land to Bonnet Family Partnership LP over and across City-owned land which is used for the Lake Tawakoni Pipeline Project located in Kaufman County. The easement is needed to memorialize the implied access originally granted when the City of Dallas purchased the property in 1960. The purchase price is based on an independent appraisal.
