BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Two Glenwood Partners, LLC filed a lawsuit against the City for alleged inverse condemnation/physical taking relating to the required relocation of a wastewater line and need for an additional wastewater easement on the plaintiff’s property. The parties have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval in which the City will pay $35,000.00 to Two Glenwood Partners, LLC, which will dedicate the requested wastewater easement to the City of Dallas. Plaintiff is represented by Cherry Petersen Albert, PLLC.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on August 8, 2025.
