SUBJECT
title
An application for 1) an amendment to Planned Development District No. 800 and for the creation and expansion of new subdistricts therein for specified non-residential uses and 2) a new Specific Use Permit for a pedestrian skybridge on property zoned Planned Development No. 800, on the southeast line of Cadiz Street, between Riverfront Boulevard and the Union Pacific RR and the north and south lines of Riverfront Boulevard, northwest of Corinth Street.
Staff Recommendation: Approval of 1) an amendment to PD 800, subject to a development plan, amended Exhibit 800A and 800B, and amended conditions and 2) a new Specific Use Permit for a pedestrian skybridge, subject to a site plan and conditions.
