Body
BACKGROUND

The City of Dallas is entering into a cooperative purchasing agreement to obtain computers, monitors, and related accessories to help staff perform their daily tasks. This agreement also covers services such as installation, setup, ongoing support, warranty coverage, and the safe removal of old equipment. Section 271.102 of the Texas Local Government Code which authorizes a local government to participate in a Cooperative Purchasing Program with another local government or a local cooperative organization.
