Authorize a seven-year lease agreement with 10485 Olympic, LLC, for approximately 15,000 square feet of office and warehouse space located at 10485 Olympic Drive, for the Emergency Medical Services Division of the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department, for the period October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2032 – Not to exceed $1,539,234.24 - Financing: General Fund (subject to annual appropriations)

BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department, authorizes a seven-year lease agreement with 10485 Olympic, LLC, for approximately 15,000 square feet of office and warehouse space located at 10485 Olympic Drive. This lease will provide office space for Dallas Fire-Rescue Department’s Emergency Medical Services Division and parking for ambulances.
The lease will begin on October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2032.
