An ordinance providing for the termination of Ordinance No. 25411 previously granted to G-Dallas Operating Company, LLC, for the use of a total of approximately 1,311 square feet and granting a revocable license to CCH Lamar Partners I, L.P., for the use of a total of approximately 1,309 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize an existing loading dock with stairs and two handicap ramps with stairs on portions of Austin Street right-of-way located near its intersection with Belleview Street - Revenue: General Fund $3,609.00, plus the $20.00 ordinance publication fee

BACKGROUND
This item terminates Ordinance No. 25411 previously granted to G-Dallas Operating Company, LLC, for the use of a total of approximately 1,311 square feet and granting a new revocable license to CCH Lamar Partners I, L.P., to occupy, maintain and utilize an existing loading dock with stairs and two handicap ramps with stairs on portions of Austin Street right-of-way located near its intersection with Belleview Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is four years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On October 22, 2003, the City Council authorized a revocable license to G-Dallas Operating Company, LLC to occupy, maintain and utilize a concrete exit platform and steps, a handicap ramp and landscaping on portions of Austin Street right-of-way by Resolution No. 03-2818; Ordinance No. 25411.
