Title
Authorize an amendment to Resolution No. 26-1049, previously approved on June 24, 2026, for the conveyance of approximately 19,947 square feet of improved land to Dallas Independent School District located near the intersection of Dennison Street and North Hampton Road to (1) remove the use restriction limiting the use of the property as the Dr. Elba and Domingo Garcia West Dallas STEM School; and (2) remove the right of reverter of the property - Financing: No cost consideration to the City

BACKGROUND
On June 24, 202, by Resolution 26-1049, the City Council approved the sale of approximately 19,947 square feet of improved land to Dallas Independent School District (“DISD”).
This action will amend Resolution No. 26-1049 to (1) remove the use restriction limiting the use of the property as the Dr. Elba and Domingo Garcia West Dallas STEM School; and (2) remove the right of reverter of the property.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On June 24, 2026, the City Council approved the direct sale of approximately 19,947 square feet of improved land to DISD by Resolution No. 26-1049.
