This item authorizes a restrictive covenant agreement containing approximately 61,307 square feet of land with Turnpike Sub, LLC to obtain regulatory control of the ground water under French Settlement Road right-of-way, located near its intersection of La Reunion Parkway. The restrictive covenant agreement is intended to be protective for construction workers in the event of work deeper than 20 feet in depth.
