BACKGROUND

 

This item, on behalf of the Park and Recreation Department, authorizes the conveyance of a subsurface easement containing approximately 6,416 square feet of land to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC for the relocation of overhead utility lines and the installation of a transformer and appurtenances across City-owned land located near the intersection of Ewing Avenue and Clarendon Drive.

 

This easement will provide electrical power to the Dallas Zoo South Parking Garage.

The Park and Recreation Board on August 1, 2024 was briefed regarding this matter on August 1, 2024.
