BACKGROUND

 

This item grants a private license to Santa Fe IV Hotel, LP, for the use of a total of approximately 2,372 square feet of land and aerial space to occupy, maintain and utilize an existing premise blade sign with illumination, subsurface basement, stairs and handrail on portions of Young and Marilla Streets rights-of-way located near its intersection with De Soto Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.

 

The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
