BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Jade Brown filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on November 1, 2017, involving a Dallas Water Utilities employee who was operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Ms. Brown have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is Pro Se.

A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on September 8, 2023.
