BACKGROUND

 

This item, on behalf of the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department ("DFR"), authorizes a three-year lease agreement with 2722 Burbank, LLC, for approximately 8,371 square feet of office and warehouse space located at 2734 Burbank Street, in an amount not to exceed $457,799.30, which also includes a one-time payment for certain leasehold improvements, performed by the Landlord and accepted by the City, as specified in the least agreement, a total amount not to exceed $43,799.30.

 

This lease will provide office and warehouse space for parking of ambulances for DFR's Emergency Services Division.

 

The lease term will begin on March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2026.
