BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a water easement to Bent Tree Flats, LP, the abutting owner, containing approximately 450 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner for a mixed-use development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
