BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of Dallas Fire-Rescue Department, authorizes the conveyance of an easement and right of way containing approximately 752 square feet of land to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC for the construction, maintenance and use of power lines, power poles and electric transformer facilities across City-owned land located near the intersection of Toland Street and North Jim Miller Road.
This easement will provide electric transformer facilities to power a fast-charging system to Fire Station No. 32 new hybrid fire engine.
