BACKGROUND
In October 2019, an application was submitted under the Dallas County Major Capital Improvement Program 7th Call for Projects for a partnership project with Dallas County and the City of Irving to study possible alignments for a multi-use trail to connect Bachman Lake to the Campion Trail in the City of Irving. In December 2020, Dallas County approved $600,000.00 to develop the study with Dallas County contributing $300,000.00, the City of Irving contributing $150,000.00, and the City of Dallas contributing $150,000.00.
