BACKGROUND
This action will authorize an engineering services contract with HNTB Corporation for the rehabilitation of Taxiway C at Dallas Love Field. The rehabilitation of Taxiway C was identified in the 2009 Applied Research Associates, Inc. Pavement Evaluation Report due to the end of its concrete pavement's useful life. The rehabilitation project will be divided into two phases as follows: Phase I from Taxiway D to Runway 31L approach and Phase II from West End of Taxiway C5 to Runway 13R end. The scope of work includes demolition, removal, reconstruction, realignment, and rehabilitation of Taxiway C and connecting taxiways.
