BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a utility easement and a water line easement to SEC IH30 and Hampton, J.V., the abutting owners, containing a total of approximately 2,677 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a grocery retail building. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
