BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of two portions of a drainage easement and two portions of a wastewater easement to Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 47,282 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a seven-level parking garage to service DART’s Mockingbird Station. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
