BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a wastewater easement to 23 Springs, LP, the abutting owner, containing approximately 300 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a mixed-use development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
