BACKGROUND

As part of the Emergency Financial Empowerment (EFE) Grant, the CFE Fund will provide the Grantee with technical assistance, including staff time, and grant funds to fulfill the following expectations and tasks. The EFE initiative, and the work performed by the Grantee under the Program, will be conducted in two phases.

During Phase One (the Planning Phase) of this grant period, the Grantee, Office of Emergency Management and Crisis Response (ECR), along with core team members from other city departments, especially the Office of Community Care (OCC), and external stakeholders, will participate in trainings and learning community activities in order to ultimately develop and draft the EFE Implementation Proposal to be submitted to the CFE fund at the end of the grant period.
