BACKGROUND
On June 25, 2026, bid specifications were developed and publicly advertised for competitive bids associated with the Bond Traffic Signal Construction – Group 7 project – Illinois Avenue at Western Park and Wheatland Road at Greenspan Avenue (CIZ26-TPW-4004). Bids were received and opened on July 17, 2026.
