BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of a storm sewer easement and a wastewater easement to Apple Street Investments LLC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 4,748 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
