Title
Authorize an amendment to Resolution No. 21-0612, previously approved on April 14, 2021, for an Advance Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) (Agreement No. CSJ 0918-47-281 and Right-of-Way Controlling Survey Job 0918-47-302, Assistance Listing No. 20.205) for costs related to the U.S. Route 75, Greenville Avenue, Lovers Lane, and Mockingbird Lane Project to (1) correct Section 4 of Resolution No. 21-0612, by amending the local match amount to be paid to TxDOT from $880,928.00 to $17,618.56; and (2) add a new Section 8 to Resolution No. 21-0612, to authorize disbursement of the $863,309.44 balance of the local match amount after the local match TxDOT amount has been authorized to be disbursed to TxDOT - Financing: This item has no cost consideration to the City (see Fiscal Information)

BACKGROUND
On April 14, 2021, the City Council authorized an Advance Funding Agreement with Texas Department of Transportation to accept a grant from the United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (Agreement No. CSJ 0918-47-281 and Right-of-Way (ROW) CSJ 0918-47-302, CFDA No. 20.205) in the amount of $3,453,238.00 as federal share in the total project cost of $4,599,748.00 (includes Federal and State participation of $3,718,820.00) for costs related to the preparation of preliminary engineering (design schematic, environmental documents/public involvement), plans, specifications and estimates, right-of-way acquisition, utility relocations, and construction of pedestrian improvements including traffic signals, sidewal...
