BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of Dallas Water Utilities Department, authorizes the conveyance of a street easement containing approximately 18,444 square feet of land to Kaufman Municipal Utility District No. 3 for the construction, maintenance and use of street right-of-way over and across City-owned land located in Kaufman County. This easement is needed for the Kaufman Municipal Utility District No. 3 Coach House Road; Improvement Project.
