A Certificate of Appropriateness to repaint the main structure with the colors SW 9640 “Sea Mariner” as the main body, SW 9506 “Warm Winter” as the trim, and SW 9580 “Cracked Pepper” as the accent trim.
A Certificate of Appropriateness to install metal skirting, no more than 8 inches in height from grade, around the perimeter of the home.
A Certificate of Appropriateness to remodel the existing rear porch and add a second set of steps.

Staff Recommendation
That the request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to repaint the main structure with the colors SW 9640 “Sea Mariner” as the main body, SW 9506 “Warm Winter” as the trim, and SW 9580 “Cracked Pepper” as the accent trim be approved in accordance with specifications submitted on September 23, 2026, with the condition that no brick or other masonry be painted. Implementation of the recommended condition would allow the proposed work to be consistent with preservation criteria Sec. 51P-87-111(a)(8)(C) and City Code Section 51A-4.501(g)(6)(C)(i) for contributing structures; and/or the Secretary of the Interior’s Guidelines for Rehabilitation.
