A public hearing to receive comments regarding a City Plan Commission authorized hearing to determine proper zoning on property zoned Subarea II in Conservation District No. 8, the North Cliff Conservation District with consideration to be given to appropriate zoning for the area to include but not limited to use, development standards, and other appropriate regulations an area generally along both sides of Pierce Street, between the alley north of Gladstone Drive to the north and Catherine Street to the south containing approximately 5.15 acres and an ordinance granting the amendments
Recommendation of Staff: Approval of amendments to Subarea II in Conservation District No. 8, the North Cliff Conservation District
Recommendation of CPC: Approval of amendments to Subarea II in Conservation District No. 8, the North Cliff Conservation District with the following change: Single family uses are permitted along with the nonresidential uses that are part of staff’s recommendation on the northern portion of City Block 1/3878 where the residential structure is currently located
