BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to Summit NCI JV 160, LLC, for the use of approximately 10 square feet of aerial space to install, maintain and utilize a projecting blade sign over portions of Lamar and Corbin Streets rights-of-way located near its intersection with Corbin Street. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is for forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
