Authorize a construction services contract for the construction of Target Neighborhood Group 17-7007 (list attached to the Agenda Information Sheet) - Estrada Concrete Company, LLC, lowest responsible bidder of three - Not to exceed $7,353,742.50 - Financing: 2024B Certificates of Obligation Fund ($5,245,047.00), Wastewater Capital Improvement F Fund ($1,083,843.50), Wastewater Construction Fund ($17,250.00), Water Capital Improvement G Fund ($409,046.07), and Water Construction Fund ($598,555.93)

BACKGROUND
This action will authorize a construction services contract with Estrada Concrete Company, LLC, for the construction of one street petition and four target neighborhood projects as Target Neighborhood Group 17-7007.
The scope of work will include replacing the existing deteriorating pavement with new reinforced concrete pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches, storm drainage improvements, water and wastewater main replacement, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the project group in accordance with the plans and specifications.
