BACKGROUND

 

This item grants a private license to Westdale Properties America I, Ltd., for the use of a total of approximately 1,290 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize four trees and two landscaping and irrigation areas on portions of Main and Elm Streets rights-of-way located near their intersection with Trunk Avenue. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is for forty years.

 

The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
