BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes a ten-year lease agreement with Columbia Colson Corporation, for approximately 5,000 square feet of office space located at 4850 Olson Drive. This lease will provide for a Southeast Building Inspection District Office to provide services that include the intake of contractor’s registration, review, and processing of permit applications and inspections by the City of Dallas.

 

The lease will begin on October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2030.
