BACKGROUND
The Department of Human Resources utilizes a third party to facilitate the performance evaluation process of appointed staff that report to the City Council.
On May 1, 2021, Administrative Action No. 21-5644 authorized Management Partners Incorporated to provide Executive Performance Review and Evaluation services for appointed officials such as City Manager, City Attorney, City Auditor and City Secretary.
On August 19, 2022, Administrative Action No. 22-6082 authorized a funding increase of $4,100.00 to facilitate the completion of the executive performance evaluation process.
In October of 2022, Management Partners Incorporated was purchased by Baker Tilly.
