That the request for a Certificate for Demolition or Removal to remove a small, detached accessory structure (Standard: Replacement with a new structure that is more compatible with the historic overlay district) in the rear yard be approved in accordance with drawings and specifications dated August 21, 2026, with a finding of fact that the proposed work is more compatible with the historic overlay district and would not have an adverse effect under preservation criteria Section 6(b).  The proposed demolition, therefore, meets City Code Section 51A-4.501(h)(4)(A); and/or the Secretary of the Interior’s Guidelines for Setting (District/Neighborhood).
