BACKGROUND

 

This item, on behalf of the Planning and Development Services, authorizes an amendment to an existing lease agreement with SVEA DB Holdings II, LLC to extend the lease agreement for an additional two years for approximately 4,996 square feet of office space located at 2730 Coombs Creek Drive. The two-year extension will provide for the continued use as Building Inspection’s Southwest District Office.

 

The two-year extension will begin on December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2026.

 

PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)

 

On April 27, 2016, the City Council authorized the First amendment to the Lease Agreement by Resolution No. 16-0654.

 

On December 10, 2014, the City Council authorized a ten-year Lease Agreement by Resolution No. 12-2114.
