BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a detention area easement and a drainage and acccess easement to Cypress Creek Montfort Drive LP, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 13,735 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
