Authorize Change Order No. 1 to decrease the construction services contract with EAR Telecommunications, LLC DBA: EARTC, to de-scope (remove) all traffic signal work associated with the intersection of Whitehurst Way and Ferris Branch Boulevard because the intersection no longer meets federal warrant requirements for a signalized intersection, reducing the contract by ($409,984.00) for associated quantities related to that intersection, decreasing the contract amount from $809,580.00 to $399,596.00 - Financing: Street and Transportation (A) Fund (2024 General Obligation Bond Fund)
