BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a drainage easement and two detention area easements to West Dallas Investments, L.P., the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 47,042 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct an office building. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
