BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a utility easement to Robert James Spigner and Rachel Masory, as Trustees of the Spigner-Masory Revocable Trust, the abutting owner, containing approximately 2,758 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a residential pool. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
