(1) Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property located at 508 and 606 Young Street because deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person; and (2) seek the advice of the City Attorney on this matter (Sec. 551.071 T.O.M.A.)
