BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Dania Espinoza filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas, seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in a motor vehicle accident on October 11, 2023, involving a Department of Sanitation Services employee operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Plaintiff have reached a proposed settlement of her claims, subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Julie Wolf and Wolf Law, PLLC.

A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on April 17, 2026.
