Title
Authorize the (1) rejection of all bids received for solicitation CIZ25-AVI-3196 - Dallas Love Field Pre-Conditioned Air Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Units Installation; and (2) re-advertisement for new bids - Financing: No cost consideration to the City

BACKGROUND
The intent of the initial project is to demolish, remove, and dispose of twenty existing Jet Bridge Mount heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units; and the installation of twenty new Pre-Conditioned Air 30-Ton DX-3 Circuit - Jet Bridge Mount heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units at various passenger jet bridges at Dallas Love Field.
The solicitation was open to the public on October 3, 10, 17, and 25, 2025. Three seals bids were received and were opened on November 7, 2025.
The Department of Aviation identified new conditions on the passenger boarding bridges following opening of the bids that affect the installation requirements and require a change to the scope of work.
The Department of Aviation has determined that to ensure the specifications accurately reflect the work required, it is in the best interest of the City to reject all bids for solicitation CIZ25-AVI-3196 - Dallas Love Field Pre-Conditioned Air Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Units Installation, and for department to revise the scope of work and technical requirements before re-advertising.
This action will authorize the rejection of all bids received for solicitation CIZ25-AVI-3196 - Dallas Love Field Pre-Conditioned Air Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Units Installation.
