BACKGROUND

 

This item, on behalf of Planning and Development Services, authorizes a three-year lease agreement with Lua, LLC, for approximately 4,162 square feet of office space located at 7610 Stemmons, Suite 190, in an amount not to exceed $247,235.72, which also includes a one-time payment for certain leasehold improvements, performed by landlord. This lease will provide for a Northwest Building Inspection District Office.
