BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of a firelane easement and a utility easement to Prosperity Bank (formerly Bank of the Southwest of Dallas), the abutting owner containing a total of approximately 18,691 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a new bank building. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
