BACKGROUND
As construction begins across various KBHCCD Master Plan components, existing Oncor electrical infrastructure on the Convention Center property must be decommissioned, relocated, or established to support expanded facilities.
Because these electrical vaults are owned and operated by Oncor, Oncor is the sole entity authorized to perform the necessary work, making them a sole-source provider consistent with their status as a regulated utility.
