BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of one sanitary sewer easement and the entirety of a second sanitary sewer easement to Greg Weeter and Chris Taliaferro, the abutting owners, containing a total of approximately 4,054 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owners to construct a residential development. The cost for this abandonment is based on fee requirements pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
