BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a water and sanitary sewer easement to QT South, LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 14,662 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a retail development.  The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
