Title
Authorize a three-year cooperative purchasing agreement for a cloud-based cybersecurity system that protects privileged accounts for the Department of Information and Technology Services with Carahsoft Technology Corporation through the Omnia Partners agreement - Not to exceed $1,684,573.47 - Financing: Data Services Fund (subject to annual appropriations)

The system supports centralized control, auditing, and reporting of privileged activities, enabling the City to detect, prevent, and respond to cybersecurity threats while ensuring we follow internal rules, regulations, and insurance requirements.

The Omnia Partners cooperative agreement is authorized by Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code and Subchapter F, Chapter 271, Texas Local Government Code. Section 271.102 of the Texas Local Government Code which authorizes a local government to participate in a Cooperative Purchasing Program with another local government or a local cooperative organization.
