BACKGROUND

 

Turtle Creek Association (TCA) will enter into a five-year Maintenance Agreement with the Park & Recreation Department to supplement mowing cycles at William B. Dean Park and Blackburn Street to Stone Bridge. The current mowing cycle is a fourteen-day cycle. TCA’s contribution will increase mowing to a seven-day cycle and conduct general and enhanced maintenance, capital improvements, and special projects located between Avondale Avenue and Park Ridge Court, as shown in Exhibit A.

 

PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)

 

On October 9, 2025, the Park and Recreation Board approved the five-year Maintenance Agreement with one five-year renewal option for the Turtle Creek Association Maintenance Agreement at the Turtle Creek Corridor.
